Microsatellite analysis of genetic diversity. |

Elephants are becoming an endangered specied in Asian countries. One of the problems is the poor reproduction in captivity. Small population sizes may cause inbreeding and genetic erosion. The Asia Link project investigates the reproduction biology and molecular diversity of captive and wild elephant populations. |
